Collection Of Six Front Facade And Side Views Of The Pantheon In Rome By Francesco Piranesi(1758-1810). These Plates( Rome 1780-1798) Were The First Work That Francesco Drew And Printed After His Fathers Death Giovanni Baptista Piranesi. Francesco Was Focused On The Classical Temples Of Rome And Surrounded Area Like Tivoli. The Collection Comprises Two Frontal Views, The Lateral And Back Side And Two Internal Sections. Francesco Had To Escape From Rome Due To His Political Links In 1798 And Went To Paris Under Napoleons Protection Were He Edited Some Collection Of Views And Plates Until His Death. This Collection Of Plates Is Very Scarce Nowadays And Very Difficult To Find Complete And In Good Condition. Ref Millard Iv,74.
